Always vacuum or sweep your entire floor thoroughly to remove all the loose dirt and dust before wet cleaning outlined below.
Dilute cleaner 20 to 1 in a small bucket or sink and damp some terry towels. Ring them out slightly and change every 150-200sqft.
Damp wipe the tile with the terry towel, you can use a dollar store Swiffer or anything you can attach the terry towel too. If the floor is still wet follow up with a dry towel. The key is to make sure grout lines are dry.
